NCIE is proud to announce that we have integrated more than 8 volunteers from April until August, who helped us to offer free consultation sessions to businesses who want to open a business or transfer an existing one from overseas to Armenia. They also combined their efforts with the NCIE team in co-organizing events, researching important topics, and brainstorming on future projects. The level of their efforts embodied the spirit of what it means to really be the change you wish to see in the world.
Aram Karapetyan moved from Russia to Armenia in 2011, and graduated Shirakatsi school in 2019. Currently, he is pursuing his degree in Economics at the Faculty of Economics of the Armenian-Russian University. After the end of his volunteering period, he decided to continue his work with NCIE until the start of classes.
Armenuhi Karapetyan moved from Russia (Moscow) to Armenia through the Birthright Armenia (Tebi Hayk) program. She graduated from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSLA) with a degree in Law and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in International Private Law and International Business.
Djivan Kouyoumjidan moved from France (Paris) to Armenia through the Birthright Armenia (Tebi Hayk) program as well. He graduated his bachelor’s degree in International Economics with a concentration on Applied Geoeconomics, and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in the same field. He came to Armenia for summer to acquire his first professional work experience and also experience the journey of self-discovery and develop his Armenian skills.
Mariam Dokhoyan and Anahit Joloyan are fourth-year student at the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics & Management of Yerevan State University and graduating next year. They consulted businesses and recommended solutions regarding settling new businesses, or transferring already existing ones to Armenia. They also helped them to fill their registrations papers, find legal and marketing agencies suitable for the business, and introduced the recent governmental policies to the businesses.
We greatly appreciate the hard work and dedication of our volunteers and are looking forward to engaging Armenian and non-Armenian individuals from around the globe. In an age where time is precious, we’re grateful for all the volunteers and partners working towards making Armenia an innovative business and technology hub.
