On September 30, 2021, the management of the National Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship Headquarter and our team from NCIE Gyumri were honored to host the U.S. Ambassador to Armenia, Ms. Lynne M. Tracy, at the American Corner Gyumri, based in NCIE Gyumri. The American Corner is free and open to the public. It provides a welcoming environment for visitors to connect and learn about the United States through programs, workshops, lectures, books, movies, and exhibits. Ambassador Tracy and the Director of NCIE Hayk Margarian discussed future cooperation within the scope of American Corners and the new structure of NCIE. The Head of Entrepreneurship Direction, Grachia Margarian, presented the programs to establish the new structure.
Ambassador Tracy welcomed the process of creating mechanisms in Innovation and Entrepreneurship using U.S. best practices as an example.
Young teens from Gyumri enjoyed listening to Ambassador Tracy reading Doctor Seuss’s book called “Green Eggs and ham” during her visit.
