On December 17, 2022, our Center co-organized a Christmas Bazar in cooperation with the Hrant Matevossian Cultural Charity Foundation, The Homeland Development Initiative Foundation - HDIF, The Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, UNHCR, and Repat Armenia.
The event showcased repat and expat success stories and important discussions, along with a piece of Armenian literary history.
Innovative creations, fine spirits, gastronomy,
And beautifully crafted items at Hrant Matevossian Cultural Center in upper Abovyan Street.
The booths included a kid's corner for painting ornaments, a food court with wine tasting and snacks, a Lebanese kitchen tent, Carpets and puppets from Artsakh, and tons of handcrafted refugee-made products by Lebanese, Syrian, and Artsakh Armenians.

The CEO of our Center, Hayk Margarian, participated in a panel discussion along with Zareh Sinanyan (High Commissioner of Diaspora Affairs of Armenia), Nazareth Seferian (Business, CSR, and Social Entrepreneurship Consultant and Trainer), Sara Anjargolian (Co-founder of Impact Hub Yerevan), Vartan Marashlyan (Co-founder and Executive Director of Repat Armenia).
They shared their personal repatriation experiences, the opportunities they had, the challenges they overcame, and the successes they experienced. Moreover, there were also open discussions about the ten principles of fair trade and Made51 by several field experts.

During the event, we also collected new, clean, lightly used clothing that Mission Armenia will distribute to displaced individuals.
