STATE PROGRAM FOR COMPENSATION OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS' SALARIES AND THEIR EQUALIZED FEES
The purpose of the project:
Increase the efficiency of the companies operating in the Republic of Armenia.
The program’s objective:
Encourage organizations with different economic systems to attract highly qualified professionals.
The program is implemented by the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economy of RA.

WHO CAN APPLY
THE ORGANIZATIONS ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
Applicants can be organizations that have hired highly qualified specialists who have lived abroad for at least 12 months in the last 30 months and worked at the applicant company under contract for at least 2 months.
The criteria for the selection of specialists and compensation payments for their salaries:
CATEGORY «1»
Up to 20%
The compensation amount is up to 20% of the salary expenses, but it should be not more than 1 million AMD per month.
The specialist must be a bachelor's or master's graduate from one of the world's leading 400 universities included in the QS World University Rankings (QS World University Rankings) published in the year of application for participation in the program.
OR
A specialist who has at least 10 years of work experience in one of the world's leading
companies included in the list of ratings below.
Forbes, Fortune, HeadHunter, NIFTY, DowJone,FTSE, S&P, SSEComposite, SZSE, KOSPI, KOSDAQ,BSE SENSEX, NSEofIndia,
BOVESPA, IBrX, ITEL, Nikkei, TOPIX, DAX, MDAX, MOEX Russia.
CATEGORY «2»
Up to 50%
The compensation amount is at most 50% of the salary expenses, but it should be at most 1.5 million AMD per month.
A specialist with a degree from any university and meeting the standards of the «1»st category.
OR
A specialist with a degree from one of the world's best universities included in «QS
WorldUniversityRankings 2022».
CATEGORY «3»
Up to 70%
The compensation amount is at most 70% of the salary expenses, but it should be at most 2 million AMD per month.
A specialist teaching at any university in The Republic of Armenia and meeting the standards of the «2»nd category.

Complete the application by combining the necessary attachments and supporting documents
After successfully applying, you need to:
Wait for the decision of the Commission for consideration of the applications
received under the Program;
In case of a favorable decision from the Commission, you will receive an email
with an
attached Contract covering the costs of the paid salary (including other
equalized payments)
that must be signed between the individual and the
applicant/organization.
→ Submit monthly payment orders confirming the payment of salary and other payments equal to it, as well as income tax, for each employee whose data is mentioned in the Contract with the NCIE..
→ After successfully completing all the above procedures, the applicant/organization receives the cost-covering amount on a quarterly basis by the 15th of the first quarterly month following the reporting quarter.
