Gyulbudaghyan helped transform the University of California (UC) Berkeley SkyDeck into the world’s Forbes Top-5 university accelerator. Mr. Gyulbudagyhyan developed and led a novel program for business incentives, structured and negotiated multi-dimensional deals, led data center strategy, and championed legislative changes.
We will be generating joint projects to help create the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Armenia and raise the attractiveness of the industry.
