as I like to be called in Armenia), and I\u2019m an Australian citizen who\u2019s called Armenia home for the past 8 years. My wife is Armenian, and we decided to leave Australia to see what we could do to help Armenia all those years ago.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My background is in the police and health care sectors, and in mid-2021, I was asked by Hayk Margarian (the newly appointed Director of NCIE) if I\u2019d agree to be the Head of the \u201cBrain Gain concept\u201d in the completely restructured version of NCIE.
